I'm just a 24-year-old who loves makeup. I watch a lot of tutorials, read a lot of reviews, and do a lot of experimentation. I also buy an obscene amount of makeup and beauty products... but I'm trying to cut back on making new purchases and focus on finding new uses for the stuff I have. (I've been scaling back on how much time I devote to beauty related things because of school/work, but I hope to rejoin the world of makeup soon.)
