Lightweight and Luxurious-My Skin Has Never Looked Better!

I am just so thankful to the amazing Beautylish Team for recommending Mila's line to me and for the Behind the Brand feature on the Mila Moursi philosophy. Mila's products are such an excellent investment in your skin for life-that's what sets them apart from other lines is that it's a whole regime to address skincare concerns and anti-aging. I started out purchasing the PH Balancing Toner(see my review) mainly to address concerns with texture and evenness but also because Mila stresses the importance of a toner in every regime. I then fell in love with it and purchased the Dual Action Discovery Ritual(Set) to treat myself and I couldn't have made a better choice! I really wanted to go through and review each product seperately(specifically the Dual Action Serum) because they have already made such a difference in my skin. I agree with both Rachel and Melanie!-this Serum is really a great place to start out with Mila Moursi-I use it in the AM after the PH Balancing Toner and PM after the Cleansing Mousse, PH Balancing Toner, and Refining Lotion. I have combination skin and my main concerns as I mentioned are tone/texture, evenness and overall anti-aging-this Serum is just PHENOMENAL. It's wonderfully lightweight yet absorbs so beautifully-it's just ultra luxurious and by the time you smooth it on to your face and neck with your fingertips the skin is just left looking plump, supple, radiant-just fresh and youthful!!! It is so versatile because it provides such great hydration while doing everything a great serum is supposed to do(this Dual Action!) but it never overwhelms the skin and is the furthest from tack or sticky or heavy. In fact, my skin is prone to milia(tiny white texture bumps) which can occur when I put something too heavy on my skin-but that skin concern has also been addressed with the rest of the products I've been using. My skin is more even, bright, and revitalized, refreshed and it just leaves it looking better and better every day. I already have the full size in the toner but am purchasing the full size of this Serum and the rest of the products I mentioned AND I can't wait to try more! Also, it layers beautifully! You can seal it in with a cream on top at night once it's absorbed (looking forward to looking into the proper Mila cream for my skin!) and during the day it layers beautifully under any SPF and makeup that you wear! I currently use La Mer's Broad Spectrum SPF Protecting Fluid over it in the daytime! An investment in beautiful skin for life!

Falling in Love All Over Again: A Gorgeous Expression of Wayne's Artistic Vision

I realized I didn't post a review of this set! I fell in love with Wayne's brushes a few years ago and like I say it was a #FallinLove experience-I never went back. What is really special is that I truly see this set as a culmination of Wayne's incredible artistic vision. He curates every single brush and every single set with his artistry and knowledge-while respecting the Japanese brushmaking tradition. This is THE quintessential set that you need to fully enjoy and streamline your makeup routine. What Wayne has done is truly special-he has taken everything that makes his brushes special-the cashmere soft unbleached bristles with a shape designed to put technique at your fingertips so you can truly enjoy your artistry. With this set everything has just been taken to the next level and is just impeccable(that is saying so much because because every single brush has been a delight so you can only imagine!) This was the 3rd Goss Set that I purchased(the prior being the original #2 The Eye Set, The Face Set(New) as well as the LTD Airbrush, Holiday 2017 etc ) Having these in concert with those sets is truly a joy I'm able to enjoy each and every brush and use them in concert. If this is your first time purchasing one of Wayne's sets, this would absolutely be a great one to purchase. The #1 Foundation Brush in the Anniversary version was A 'GAME CHANGER' -gorgeous smooth even, flawless application with any foundation medium. The bristles are larger and fluffier than the original #1 so I was so excited about trying it and it has made all the difference. The whole set has! The #2 Brush for precision powder work is simply breathtaking-what's wonderful is you have face and eye brushes to enjoy in concert-again-if you do have The Face Set, you will LOVE having these brushes in concert, and if it's your first set, you will have a gorgeous set for eyes where each brush will enable you to create looks with endless possibilities. If you watch Wayne's videos, he will say that where you place the brush..ie where you start-is one of the common areas of confusion. These brushes perfectly allow you to get into the crease of the eye beautifully-soft yet ultra durable. The push liner brush is such a joy(it's a synthetic brush so you can use it for liner, or under the eye)****SEE MY REVIEW ON THE NEW SYNTHETICS! The #5 is precision eye brush is amazing as well for precision work. I also use one brush specifically in the inner corner of the eye and to set under the eye which is wonderful. The way it disperses product and blends is so incredible-you get the best of cashmere softness and amazingly curated shape that gives you ease of technique. The brushes are fantastic on their own, and made to work together with beautiful fluidity because of the labor of love that Wayne has put into them. You will LOVE THEM. This is the BEST INVESTMENT you can make in your artistry and technique-no matter if you are a beginner or more advanced/an MUA or you just enjoy makeup! Bottom line, Wayne has done it again! AND THE LOVE STORY CONTINUES!!: A NEW DIMENSION!

Just a quick preface I fell in love with Wayne's brushes upon first try of one of his #2 brush a few years back and have purchased every release and collection/set since! The artistry of his brushes is unparalleled as is the beautiful uniqueness-they are curated completely by Wayne yet respect and reflect traditional Japanese brush-making. After I fell in love with Wayne's brushes, I never thought I would use synthetic brushes again-but what Wayne has done now with his amazing artistry and innovation is create the best of both worlds-You have the cashmere soft ultra luxurious feel (and of course UNPARALLELED quality!) of his unbleached (cruelty free) goat hair bristles that give you technique and Wayne's artistry at your fingertips-now with a new dimension to his artistic vision in Synthetics. The craftsmanship and Wayne's knowledge of how makeup works with the skin makes this possible. Now you are able to be able to work with even more technique(and additional medium) in different combinations and different ways-I have the Fan Brush from The Face Set, and to see it in this dimension as a brush that gives you a whole new facet of artistry with foundation-the flawless and divine blend of applying foundation with a brush like his #1 Anniversary combined with this brush which allows you to disperse and blend in different ways, use powder in different ways- AND working with contour(for example working with a liquid or cream contour product(ie Charlotte Tilbury's gorgeous Hollywood Contour Stick!) The Large Powder is also exquisite, the way it disperses and blends is impeccable-if you already have Wayne's brushes, again, you have new dimensions/technique at your disposal and the joy of being able to add these to your collection and having the two types in concert! With the smaller brushes, you have some new tools in your arsenal as well!: with the softness and luxury of Wayne's brushes that enable you increase your range of technique even further, the Flat brush allowing you to apply blend concealer, of course to use with shadow- with the smallest brush, being able to use it under the eye with pigment/shadow (I'm a Natasha Denona shadow lover;")) but not have the rough feel of a normal synthetic on the eye. I disagree with the other reviewer about "price for synthetic'' ie the price being to high for synthetic-these brushes are the same gorgeous, unparalleled quality of Wayne's non synthetic brushes with synthetic bristles, so I think that especially for the amazing versatility, they are well worth a splurge. To summarize, just impeccable, a new take to add to your collection or just as special if you are trying Wayne's brushes for the first time! Artistry at it's finest. You will enjoy these immensely, don't hesitate!

Gorgeous luxe Natasha Glow!

This is my #1 go to highlighting product for a gorgeous, fresh, diffused glow-I really love a fresh multi-dimensional look-the look of dewy healthy skin. I'm not a big fan of a ton of glitter or sparkle. I purchased this last year as part of the BEAUTIFUL Beautylish EXCLUSIVE CURATED set that was a COLLAB with the awesome beauty influencer @JadeyWadey180 It included her everyday essentials for a beautiful glow. This item is part of the signature 'Natasha Glow' system comes with Natasha Face Glow Foundation, the Cream Glow and the Body Glow. I adore Face Glow Foundation(see separate review!) and of course Natasha's Eye Palettes. Before trying Face Glow Foundation and this gorgeous All Over Face & Body Shimmer(you can definitely also use it on the decollote region!) I was apprehensive of products with glow/shimmer because I have combo skin and my skin is prone to large pores/texture that I didn't want to enhance. With this product you do NOT have to worry about that-because of the luxurious formula(all of Natasha's products-eye and face are just exquisite in my opinion!) it melds beautifully with the skin and the effect is lovely! I've since purchased the Diamond and Blush Palette in Darya which I really have fallen in love with and use constantly in concert with this product-you'll love it! In the attached photo you'll find the photos from the Jadeywadey180 X Beautylish Collab-what I also love is that it's very buildable-you can really create the level of luxe glow that you desire. I've recently used it with the 2018 Wayne Goss Holiday Brush :)

Holy Grail Toner-A Skincare Powerhouse!

I've always loved toners, but when I read Beautylish's "Behind The Brand"feature on Mila Moursi's Skincare philosphy and regime(read and learn more!), I learned why a (GREAT) toner like Mila's specifically is such an important step in skincare and why it's key in the Mila Moursi regimen, I had to try it! This toner is most definitely splurge worthy and you will see the difference in your skin! It helps to remove residue on your skin left over from cleansing, really CLARIFIES, beautifully balances the PH of the skin AND treats it with active ingredients. It really does what it says-it allows the products in the rest of the regime(or your regime) to work deeper. Just like Team Member and reviewer Andy Z. says, 'it's not just skincare prep, it's a TREATMENT POWERHOUSE as well' I couldn't agree more with that sentiment. It not only beautifully preps your skin to enhance the effect of your skincare to follow but it also TREATS with the wonderfully curated active ingredients. You can feel it working-there is a beautiful refreshing sensation(and that is due to the active ingredients Andy mentioned that mildly exfoliate, treat, repair...) It does this without drying out the my combination/combo to oily skin. Even after the first few uses, my skin looked more smooth and even, my pores visibly diminished, the milia(pesky tiny white texture bumps) reducing, and I just noticed my skin was just glowing with improved tone and texture. This was the first Mila Moursi product I tried and I was so in love with it and astonished by the results that I ordered the Dual Action Discovery Ritual Set! NOW, in concert with the products in that regime(the PH toner is included), my skin is looking better than EVER! (I'll write a separate review on that set-) / :)

Glamorous, Flattering Supple Superstar Lips! : Going for my 2nd shade!

I love this lipstick so much that I would have purchased back ups in hindsight! I'll start by saying that I think this Holiday collection was absolutely gorgeous, and I've loved everything I've tried from Charlotte Tilbury, especially her lipsticks. Her Matte Revolution shades that I have are my nude essentials. When I saw how beautiful the swatches were, and I read how special they were due to the infusion of the Diamond Powder, I knew I had to treat myself to a shade and I was overwhelmed by the beauty! I purchased, Pillowtalk-and whether you have the Pillowtalk in Matte Revolution or not, it's just such a gorgeous, flattering nude. I don't usually opt for super shiny lipsticks, but it's a sensational supple glamour and a beauty that it imparts to your lips-creating a fullness and shine whilst still feeling light and beautiful on the lip. You can visibly see the Diamond Powder on the lipstick, and that's part of the magic. What's more, you can layer this lipstick over your Matte Revolution lipsticks for stunning results-or over another one of your favorite neutral/similarly colored cream lipsticks. It's even more gorgeous with the Lip Cheat liner, but I find that it shapes the lips so beautifully, that you can wear it by itself as well. Leaves Skin Fresh, Soft and Supple-Beautiful Balm Cleanser!

Ever since Farmacy launched on Beautylish, I've became really interested and started curating a wishlist because of the beautiful ingredients and the unique formulas-so I was very excited to to be able to try Green Clean! It exceeded my great expectations! I totally agree with Jacleen-when you wear a full face of makeup and you really want a beautiful clean, using a wipe isn't enough. What I love about this cleanser is that it has such a soft, supple and luxe feeling on the skin, you can use it on the eye area, and that such a small amount warms and allows you to cleanse fully-and it rinses off so beautifully and easily. I am so happy to have added it to my skincare regime. I do use other cleansers which require more of a process(removal with a cloth/mitt) but are a pampering experience. Green Clean is perfect for my PM cleansing because when you feel tired at day's end, it gives you a quick yet fresh and thorough cleanse, applying and rinsing easily to leave skin supple and never dry. It leaves my skin ready for the rest of my nighttime regime! I'm looking forward to trying more from Farmacy!

A Beautiful Culmination of Wayne's Exquisite Artistry-Invest in them!

The first time I tried a Wayne Goss brush it was the original #2 and I absolutely fell in love I had never seen or felt a brush like it. I then purchases the Air Brush, so exquisite, then the original Eye Set-I not only fell in love with the brushes my love for makeup artistry blossomed because I had Wayne's beautiful technique at my fingertips-then the Face Set-the Fall in Love effect went to a whole different level when I felt the beautiful even MORE luxuriously cashmere soft unbleached bristles-the way they allow makeup to work with your skin-the way you get the most exquisite results out of your products because they are curated by Wayne and his knowledge of how makeup WORKS with the skin! The beautiful way the exact amount of pigment applies and blends to accentuate, not cake the skin! NOW THIS SET: A beautiful culmination of his artistry on every level. I can't believe I forgot to write a review on here but I'm always recommending them-and here's why: in Volume II-Wayne created the brushes to really truly streamline your routine-you get the WONDERFUL ANNIVERSARY VERSION of the #1 Foundation Brush..My complexion looks absolutely gorgeous-it was SUCH a game changer. It's lush, beautiful bristles-the way it works with your skin and with liquid foundation and concealer(I don't use cream foundation but it can stand up to any foundation texture) It is designed to do the work for you-I was in awe the first time I used it. The difference with the Anniversary #1 Brush btw is that it's fluffier, bigger-so you want to have it!!! With this set I'm able to enjoy my Face Set brushes in a new way because my complexion is even more flawless and because I have the new #2, which is an EVEN more soft and silky yet like the #10 which is it's copy in the Face Set. I can use both AND I can now use the #13 for different purposes instead of using it for foundation(which you can do)-the Eye Brushes in Volume 2 allow me to expand and create with even more creativity-I adore the original eye set(I'm going to get the new Eye set as well!) and I use the two in concert-these brushes stand up beautifully to any shadow texture-and like other reviewers have put it-the shape, the softness yet versatility and the way they allow you to develop your technique, take it to the next level-they work with the crease of the eye so wonderfully-I adore and am a collector of Natasha Denona shadows like I'm sure many of you are-and her formula is gorgeous-and they allow me to truly get the most out of the super luxe pigments and textures and to be able to place and blend seamlessly just like I can blend foundation-now I can go even further with my Face Set brushes because my complexion is so flawless-I tell people all the time, they are a labour of love from Wayne, and they are worth every penny. People can purchase the finest products-but if you don't have the proper tools, you won't be able to achieve the flawless looks and the artistry that you want to! Soft, luxe, sillky-just a joy. What's so nice that I have two brushes that I keep specifically for highlighting the inner corner of my eye (I can even use Diamond and Blush to do this) and again for the face and eye-for setting your concealer(they are made to work with your skin) The versatility in this set is incredible. Each brush is wonderful on it's own and works in concert together-Wayne has shared the beautiful fruits of his process, and it's such a treat-don't hesitate. If you are wondering if you should invest in it-don't! NOTE for new purchasers: They are no longer making the Benjabelle brush trees so you want to make sure you follow the instructions with how to wash and find a method of drying your brushes UPSIDE DOWN so you don't get water in the ferrule-the good thing though is you don't have to clean them very often! Be sure to get the Brush Guards: The Powder and Kabuki (large) for the Foundation ,The Blush Size for the #2 the Blend and Conceal Pack for the Eye Brushes and a few of the smallest size for the smaller or you can also get the Variety Pack p.s The Push Liner Brush is also incredible! Ultra-Luxurious!

I am so glad I invested in this gorgeous product! The name says it all-shade AND illuminate-you truly get both! Firstly, the quality is absolutely exquisite. I'd had the Tom Ford Soleil and especially the Winter Soleil Collection on my wishlist and I treated myself to this(and the TF Duo Primer as well!) as part of my birthday order. I was so impressed by the silky smooth texture of each shade and how they work harmoniously. They glide on and apply so luxuriously-that's the difference that sets it apart from any other liner/kohl I've tried. It didn't irritate my eyes at as it did with the previous reviewer-however, everyone is different. The other difference, besides the shades being absolutely gorgeous and the texture and pigmentation being rich, silky, smooth, and applying so beautifully is the way it applies just as beautifully when applied over rich, textured shadows. I am a huge lover of Natasha Denona's shadow palettes-her shadow formula is exquisite and I love to try different looks where I layer different textures(ie the Cream Powder, the Chroma Crystal, the new Creamy Chroma Crystal, the Duo-Chrome etc...I've found in the past that when I apply liner over a textured shadow or just an ornate shadow look I've found it more difficult to have the liner create definition and last for a long time. However, I found this to be no problem, and I recently just used it with the Cranberry Palette, and it accentuated the look and defined AND illuminated my eyes so beautifully. It also enhances the look of my lashes. NOTE: I did use it with the Tom Ford Eye Primer Duo that I also just purchased which is wonderful(see my separate review for that great product!) So, that's another great bonus-it working so beautifully with that primer! Finally, the shades are a gorgeous combination-and it's most definitely a splurge-worthly product-it's by far the finest Kohl eye product that I've ever used and I look forward to purchasing more Tom Ford from eyes to skin to lips and more!

The Creme de la Creme!

If you've had this on your wishlist like I did-I highly recommend you treat yourself to it! This was actually one of my first Tom Ford beauty purchases along with the Duo Shade and Illuminate liner from the new 2018 Winter Soleil Collection, Aurora(p.s AMAZING). It is absolutely luxurious and such a game changer-and yes, absolutely worth the splurge. I'm someone who is a shadow lover (I specifically adore Natasha Denona's shadows) and I love to combine and enjoy her gorgeous formulas and textures. Primer is indispensable for me of course and I've tried a few that have worked but I was looking for something new to really bring out the beautiful pigments in the shadow I use. Voila, I've found it!! The cream texture is absolutely lovely and easy to apply-not too thick or too thin. It's soothing and it doesn't dry out the lid. What makes it extra special of course is that it's a duo product and you get the powder which you apply on top to seal in the cream. It creates the most impeccable canvas. I not only have noticed that the brilliance and ease of application of my shadow has increased no matter what combination of textures I'm working with (ie with the Chroma Crystal formula.) It works beautifully to help LINER stay looking freshly applied even on top of a richly textured eyeshadow. In the past that has been a pitfall and now it's smooth and beautiful. That's due to the quality and properties of this incredible product. In the past I feel I would have had to have gone over and over the line several times. My liner also stayed in place beautifully AND I also love to use several layers of mascara and I find that because it works so brilliantly with the lashline in addition to the whole lid, that it makes mascara application even easier as well! It also applies very easily with a finger application which I love. My shadow still looks more freshly applied at the end of the day as compared to past primers. As another reviewer said, I'm hooked! I have found "The One"
