Favorite Lipstick Formula
My ultimate must-have lipstick. The beauty and quality of the formulation, smooth texture and color saturation is exquisite -it's truly the epitome of everything you would expect in a luxury lipstick, however it's above and beyond. It feels luxurious on the lips and wears so beautifully. I love the whole Tom Ford line and this lipstick(the 'classic formula) really enhances the beauty of your lips and exemplifies the glamour, expression, and quality that Tom Ford is known for.
MESMERIZING: IN LOVE WITH THE INCREDIBLE NEW FORMULA!!
I was so thrilled to see these launch-thank you Beautylish for always bringing us the newest in Tom Ford first! For those of you who know and love the quality and luxury and endless versatility of Tom Ford's iconic shadow formula-this will be a huge treat for you as it was for me. When I saw the word Crème I was so excited, and this palette lives up to every expectation. Mr. Ford always mentions the importance of symmetry when he talks about the Beauty collection-playing with light and shadow to achieve that look with your face, and in the same sense when you are creating an eye look, the glamour of being able to play with light and shadow and sculpting the eye to achieve beautiful dimension. What I love about any. TF quad is the exquisite curation of shades/textures and of course formula. This true cream powder FORMULA is a delight, and it truly does 'melt' or as I would say meld into your skin-it offers gorgeous color saturation, and the shades are just so complementary as with any TF Quad. The texture is sublime-and these shades allow you to create the most gorgeous definition. Easy, exquisite glamour. Thank you Mr. Ford! Definitely looking forward to picking up Rose Topaz and Tiger Eye as well(they have just re-stocked!)
Immediate and Lasting Results!
Another GEM from Mila Moursi. This was the second product in the body collection that I tried-the first being the gorgeous body wash. Just as I enjoy the sensorial experience and beautiful results I've achieved from my Mila Moursi skincare ritual, I was so thrilled to be able to enjoy the same luxurious formulations for the body. This is the BEST BODY SCRUB I'VE EVER USED. When you apply it you immediately feel a refreshing deep clean that invigorates your skin. The texture is luxurious and smells great-I always stress formulation when I talk about Mila Moursi, and you really are treating your senses and your skin to the beautiful ingredients that are used in her spa/skincare institute. The exfoliation feels wonderful and I especially love the benefits of better circulation that I feel instantly and after I get out of the shower as well. I have swelling in my ankles, and not only does my skin feel beautifully polished and HEALTHY, it also makes my legs/ankles feel lighter and less fatigued. Of course, your are buffing the dead skin cells away too. My skin feels so smooth after use. You can definitely use this in concert with the rest of the Mila Moursi Body Care Ritual-In addition to the Shower Gel, I use the Revitalizing/Beautifying Oil in the evening after this product. The Dry Brush is also a fantastic product to pair with it. Refined, Polished, Incredible! Treat yourself and enjoy!
Forgot to Review This Exquisite Artist Collection!
I realized I didn't review these(even though I pre-ordered and purchased when they were released!) and I want to because of his brand new Edit Collection that was just released because those brushes were crafted in the same beautiful Artist style-I have so much love and respect for Wayne, and his brush collections have been a true labor of love for him. I have almost every Goss set, starting with his original brush #2 and original eye set, to his face set(the second) his Anniversary Collection Set and more. I was very fortunate to have learned about Wayne Goss right around the time that I really started to fall in love with makeup. His tips and techniques were and are indispensable to me-and when I purchased his brushes, the change was a complete 180. His brushes have really put the best of his artistry and technique at your fingertips-the brushes are designed to take those 'pain points' out of the equation so that you can really find joy in application-they do the work for you and are designed to work with any eye shape, face shape, and especially sensitive skin. You get the very best out of the products that you are working with. Many of you remember Wayne's update to the white, unbleached bristles that were EVEN softer(cashmere soft) on the skin-I feel like with the Artist Collection, and now the new Edit Collection crafted with these beautiful handles(handmade in Kumono, Japan) Wayne has DONE IT AGAIN and taken it to.a whole new level. You have even more control over and precision with application; and the softness the bristles and the shape are designed to allow you to have even more stability with your application. I was overjoyed to see and experience the versatility of the brushes. I will use the smaller and medium to set under eye concealer, for precision highlighting, and to get that beautiful shape and finish with my shadow. All three perfectly diffuse product, and your makeup underneath is never disturbed. What I have always loved about every brush set, and indeed with the Artist Set, is that it makes it easy to pick up and diffuse the perfect amount of product. Being able to use the end of the exquisite brush handle for control is lovely, and it makes this collection really special! Can't get enough of Wayne's brushes!
Another Must-Have Mila GEM
As the previous reviewer stated, my expectations were high and this exquisite eye cream exceeded all of them. I have been using a full Mila Moursi regimen for about three years now and have been thrilled with the results and know how incredible her formulations are, and this one is just as exquisite. It comes in a beautiful tube with a metal applicator which adds to the beautiful sensorial experience. When you apply and squeeze lightly to dispense the product, the tip helps to cool and soothe the undereye region-it's a huge bonus to the formula which is SO lightweight yet so soothing and moisturizing. It provides a beautiful veil of moisture, and as you use the applicator it starts to absorb. It really absorbs so wonderfully-my eyes/ under eye region both feel refreshed, soothed, and supple, smooth and bright-all without the heaviness. I have had difficult experiences with other eye creams because I am prone to milia, and everything I found was too heavy /it would also pill up. (Although, though my skin texture has completely changed using Mila Moursi! ) The results are lasting just keep getting better-and my undereye area has been looking immensely smoother and brighter! My dark circles have also diminished, AND it makes my concealer application absolutely FLAWLESS. Because it brightens immediately (and more and more over time!) it allows me to use less and it also creates such a perfect canvas for the most youthful, fresh effect. If you are prone to puffiness, it works brilliantly. Amazing sensorial experience, incredible results!
This is a GAME CHANGER: A great investment in your skin
The search is over-I finally found a sunscreen that I love to wear! I could never imagine saying that in the past. I have been using Mila Moursi Skincare for almost three years now and Mila's products make up my full regimen. My skin has never looked more fresh or healthy-the issues with pores and texture I used to experience are behind me and I'm really seeing that beautiful translucency and smooth look that I always wanted to. I was so thrilled when I added this BEAUTIFUL SPF to my routine. This is a GAME CHANGER! Prior to using Mila's SPF, I tried so many different SPF products that all claimed to be 'lightweight, non pore clogging, great under makeup/over skincare, non-pilling' and I always found myself struggling to find one that worked for me. Using a proper SPF everyday no matter the weather as we all know is a must -for protection of course but also for anti-aging. This is a product that is an actual PLEASURE TO APPLY AND WEAR. It dispenses like a gel-balm with a gel texture and when you apply it just melds into your skin completely. It applies SO smoothly, and within less than a minute it is one with your skin, and your skin is left feeling smooth and beautiful. It layers beautifully over your skincare(I use it after I apply the Mila Moursi Dual Action Serum-my serum and and cream in one) It is the only sunscreen that doesn't feel like a sunscreen at all. All of Mila's formulations are unique and just exquisite, and that's why this product is so different. You will not get any of the pilling that happens with so many products and all the trouble with layering when applying makeup...Best of all, will it never enhance any pores or texture that you may have. It is designed to work well for all skin types(my mom uses it with her Mila Moursi regimen and has normal to dry skin.) I always felt like any sunscreen for the face would not only reverse the effects of the skincare I would use but would be visible under makeup and always felt heavy and tacky. The reverse is true here! It not only is fantastic under makeup, but as the previous reviewer said, it can absolutely double as a primer! It also re-applies very well, and the protection is superb. I have fair skin, but it would also be perfect for deeper skin, because it is translucent and will not leave any cast at all. I keep one at home and one in my purse for on the go. It is truly worth the investment as it's in a league of its own(and Beautylish Flex Pay makes it accessible for everyone!)
Another Gorgeous Sisley Mascara!
I am a huge fan of Sisley's makeup (I haven't tried a lot of the skincare since I have a Mila Moursi Regimen) because I truly love the luxury and quality of the products-Sisley-Paris' So Volume Mascara has been my go-to mascara ever since I tried it, so when Mascara So Stretch was released I knew I had to try it-it definitely met my high expectations! The formula itself is rich and lovely-extremely luxe. A richly pigmented and smooth formula is an absolute must for me. The wand is absolutely beautiful. It really allows you to get to the base of your lashes and allows you to get a great 'pull' and allows you to achieve a lot of lift and separation which I LOVE. My recommendation is to start with Surratt's iconic Lash Curler before use for optimal results. I like to use several coats, and the brush allows you to go in at an angle as well so you don't miss the smaller lashes. It is also a great mascara for the lower lashes. I use it at an angle and softly apply it..the result: lush, separated, full, long beautiful, glamorous lashes. You really do get STRETCH with this mascara-as you apply it really gives pulls the lashes while lifting and separating. No clumping. I'm very glad to add it to my mascara wardrobe! In comparison to So Volume, So Volume is also a gorgeous mascara-the formula in So Volume is richer, and it is geared towards giving your lashes maximum volume and glamour. You do also get separation and length in So Volume, but Mascara So Stretch really gives you great lift and separation. I definitely recommend So Stretch, whether this is your first Sisley mascara purchase or whether you love So Volume-you will absolutely love it, and you will be able to use it perfectly in concert with Sisley's other formulas!
The PERFECT First Step In Mila's Regimen For Normal To Dry Skin(+ all skin types)
When I fell in love with Mila's products(I discovered Mila Moursi on Beautylish) and found the perfect regimen for myself almost 3 years ago, I wanted to treat my wonderful mom to her own! Hands down the products in my regimen have changed my skin from the inside out(solved my skin concerns pores, texture, evenness) and my skin continues to look more youthful and even healthier every day. The team at Mila Moursi were kind enough to recommend a regimen for her, and since her skin is much more normal to dry(compared to my combination/combo to oily) they recommended the Cleansing Milk. She absolutely loves this product. Like all the products, she absolutely loves the sensorial experience. That's what is sets the products apart. They combine incredible actives with a beautiful sensorial experience(because of the ingredients) It is SO gentle yet cleanses SO wonderfully without stripping. It has been perfect for her skin. It leaves skin smooth and ready for the next step in treatment, which is your Mila Moursi Toner(my mom uses the Cleansing Toner) I normally use the Cleansing Foam because I do have combination skin that gets oily and that cleanser works beautifully and perfectly for my regimen(see review) Just in case you are looking for a comparison between the two, the Cleansing Foam also cleanses beautifully with a lovely sensorial experience, never strips, balances and leaves your skin soft and smooth. The difference is that you use the Cleansing Foam with water(it is a very soft soothing foam) like you would a normal cleanser. However, I have also tried The Cleansing Milk myself and I definitely agree with Alicia! Sometimes you do have nights where you are very tired, and the bed is going to want to win out over the skin for sure. The sensorial experience is so wonderful with the Cleansing Milk too-it is VERY soft soothing, and when applied and offers a gentle, great cleanse and removes makeup and debris beautifully and easily, leaving your skin soft and healthy, smooth, soft and of course never stripped. The Cleansing Milk is applied to the skin without water, and as you apply it and cleanse using a circular motion, you finish by removing it with a with a warm washcloth. That makes it lovely to use on tired nights for me. So in summary, even though the Cleansing Foam is the main cleanser in my regimen, I thoroughly enjoy the Cleansing Milk and highly recommend it-it never causes any breakouts or texture issues for me and it is gentle and highly effective.
Another Superb TF Quad!
I love every Tom Ford Quad I've purchased, and when I saw the gorgeous shades in this new release, I knew I had to have it. Tom Ford Quads are simply the essence of luxury and and elegance-the shadows are beautifully and richly pigmented and the formula and overall quality is just unparalleled. They texture of the shadows themselves is sublime. Each quad is curated to allow you to create such an endless variety of polished, elegant looks. When applied, they allow you to lay down color beautifully and build to achieve your desired intensity. The blend so seamlessly and application couldn't be easier. I just purchased the new Insolent Rose which offers a stunning combination of shades and has been so wonderful to work with and is already a new favorite that I know I'll continue to reach for. The shimmer shades that do contain glitter(there is one such in Insolent Rose) give you a gorgeous and unique sparkle(very refined, the opposite of unflattering) that adds glamour to your look. The shades are curated impeccably. I'm not sure if I've reviewed other quads but Body Heat is another I constantly reach for-I can create so many flattering looks with it. That's the pleasure of the Tom Ford formula. There are so many to choose from based on shades you love and finishes(the luxurious formula will always be there!) Golden Mink is also absolutely exquisite and is another favorite as well as Honeymoon of course! I love using my Wayne Goss brushes, but if I'm in a hurry I can even just apply with my fingers too because they really do blend so flawlessly. I also love the Winter Soleil Quads(available occccccccccn a separate page with the Soleil Collection)-those are spectacular as well. The TF Eye Primer In summary, don't hesitate to treat yourself because these are truly investment worthy quads that are incomparable and will be the Go-To's of your cosmetic wardrobe.
Another Gem By Natasha!
I purchased this palette right when it launched since the new launch I realized I never reviewed it-and since Mini Palette and Collection launched, I wanted to strongly recommend it. My first Natasha purchase was the Star Palette, and I have almost ever release since then. Between the exquisite quality of the shadow formula(the pigments quality itself is just so luxurious, and you will find that the gorgeous range and curation of shades and finishes(Natasha sets up her palettes so you can create a range of multiple looks and this is no exception!) allow you to use your creativity and style to create a multi-dimensional look. This is a palette I've reached for not just for date night or when I want to create a more romantic soft look, but it is so versatile that I reach for it often. I love how Natasha combines her unique finishes with the shade palette, and you really can create a variety of gorgeous looks!
