I WANT TO LIKE IT?

I was quite excited when I got this liner in the mail since ive been wanting to try a gel or cream liner for a long time. It went on smoothly and precisly if you use the right liner brush:however, it does not live up to the claim of being smudge proof. This product would have been perfect if it wasnt for that..it constantly smudges and if I make the line thick at all when I blink it transfers above my eye lid.

I have been using this product since I was about 12..the pre-teen stages and oh yes. it actually works! Its perfect if you get small patchy breakouts..sometimes I leave mine on for a few hours then wash it off! It is so affordable as well..that never hurts.
