How do you get matte-looking skin?I swear by Boscia's B.B. Cream Light Broad Spectrum SPF 27 PA++ and Cover | FX No. 20 press powder to blot out any oiyness.
What's your favorite cleanser?
CeraVe's Foaming Facial Cleanser. Its gel-like formula is great for an in-shower rinse and it's non-irritating and contains skin-like, repairing ingredients. And, it REALLY cleanses.
What's your favorite toner?
Bioelements Calmitude locks in hydration with skin-like ingredients with just a few spritz.
What's secret to no ingrown hairs or razor burn?
Use an exfoliant such as—my fave!—Paula's Choice 2% BHA Exfoliant Lotion. It goes deep into the pore to sweep up dead hairs, debris and dirt that a scrub or microbead exfoliant is NEVER going to get.
Favorite brand of products on the run or in a pinch?
Effective and amazing skincare does not have to be expensive at all. I love brands like Yes To (their fragrance-free cream cleanser is amazing), as well as the entire coconut line and the cucumber cleanser. All around $10. It's a steal—literally. Olay, Neutrogena and CeraVe also make great and effective products. Do your research!
Men beauty secret?
Never leave the house without cleansing, toning, exfoliating and wearing SPF. My No. 1 must. I swear by sunscreen and Retin-A. The two of these are the best secrets to anti-aging, plus just taking REALLY good care of your skin.
Favorite fragrance?
I'm not a big fragrance person—especially in skincare—but I do love to splash on Henrik Vibskov's Type C or Tom Ford's Costa Azzura from time to time.
