Hello Christina - I saw that you had commented a couple years ago that a Burt's Bees lip balm had expired. Was it still usable? Burt's has stopped making my favorite balm - Medicated with Close Oil and I'm considering buying some on ebay BUT they are expiring in a couple months. This is the only balm of over 20 I've tried that works. Clorox bought Burt's and now I'm SOL! Just wondering if you know anything more about expired Burt's Bees balms.  Thx.

Hi Chris! I'm so sorry I never replied to this! I kind of went on a hiatus for a while and this must have been during that time. I hope you didn't think I was ignoring you! I'm sure you got some answers by now, but if you're still curious as to hear mine, I'll just include this bit. Yes, mine was still usable. I actually had a few of those Shimmering balms and I de-potted them into little jars you can find at Michael's or any craft store. I've had them in there for about 6 months now and they're still creamy and easy to use :)
