Sorry I just saw your message (can you tell I'm new here? still trying to learn about everthing on the site :-D)
anyway, it's hard to mantain because of the fading, no matter what kind of color I use, after 2/3 weeks the color is not the same as when you first dye it... I even bought shampoos for red hair without sulfate in it, but no matter what you have to re do your color every 3 weeks minimum to mantain the same shade...but overall I think its worth it ^_^
