Beauty Product Reviews

Beautiful color selections in terms of creating a stunning, cohesive look. There are not two colors in this palette that can not be paired. Color payoff is absolutely amazing, pigmentation is long-lasting.

The only downfall is the amount of fall out and kick up these shadows give when you use even the softest of brushes in the pan. Which in turn creates a lot of missed-product and a mess that turns into a catastrophe given that the packaging is made of felt, which gets gross quick.

For The Brave Hearted

This foundation plays no games in terms of coverage and longevity. Requires moisturized skin and best applied with a damp beauty blender. Covers everything from blemishes and scarring to tattoos and heavy discoloration.

I walked into a local Sephora with the same game plan in mind as always, "find a shade that matches and a formula that covers."This shade was so beautiful on my milk white hand, and I had hopes that it would be able to build up to a nice coverage. Sadly, this was not the case. I left without the product, and am glad I didn't spend over thirty dollars on lightly tinted moisturizer.

I currently own both the "Blackest Black" and the "Espresso" shades, and I can honestly say that I love both. They both go on so nicely and provide a nice day's worth of wear. However, I actually make a different use out of them. Applying this cream to your lid, much like an eyeshadow base, and blending it out gives you the base for a very dramatic smokey eye, and it looks absolutely stunning when completed. Over all, skip the high end gel liners and rely on this to get you through.

I would like to preface this by stating that if you truly desire a real BB Cream, buy brands from Korea as opposed to the American drugstore blatant dupes on the market. This isn't a BB cream, and I can't even say it is a moisturizer either. The lightest shade is way too dark, and it feels like a weird film on my face. I don't use it at all.

The pigmentation is consistent between all of the shades that I own, which is a pleasant surprise and a feat that some companies have yet to accomplish. The color stays on strong through out the day, even without a primer to keep it in place. I've always liked the way they market their eyeshadows for the simple fact that they are geared towards artists. Building your own palettes with these babes are perfect for creating what you want, and giving you the power to spend your money on exactly what you need.

One of the only foundations to match my extremely fair skin, and yet I manage to struggle to like it. It has horrendous caking and is simply just way too heavy for my dry, flaking face.

I bought this product in a trial kit that Benefit released (How To Look The Best At Everything? Something similar to that title), and used it maybe for a week. It simply did not impress. It creases, cakes, and doesn't cover the redness that I have, blemishes included. I am very happy that I never made the choice to purchase the full product.

Beautylish has yet to update the safe selection, but I own and wear NW10. It is a very lovely consistency, and if you don't mind the staunch smell of chemicals, it provides a very nice coverage. This would look great on oily skin, but I have to wait at least a half hour to allow my dry skin's oil to seep through to get rid of the flaking patches. I'm still on the hunt for a better foundation.

I'm really not sure how this is marketed at fair skin beauty enthusiasts. I find that it has the consistency of a literal paste and often goes on too heavily. It creates an unappealing orange shade on my skin, which is rather embarrassing on Benefit's part as it is such a pricey product for little quality. Just go grab yourself a good concealer elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
