love!!!!!!
this is terrific concealer. its so cute, it has a little cap and a pump and blends perfectly and just is the perfect concealer! great for all areas, i use a small little brush for little zits and blemishes and my 217 brush for undereye area and regular flat concealer brush for around my nose, but ive been in a rush and use used my fingers and it still stayed beautifully.. and you can use your fingers, since it comes with its own little pump and stays nice and hygienic. yay!
edit-just noticed that although its perfect for full coverage in the undereye, its a bit too dark for the rest of my face. which is weird since the undereye concealer should be lighter than the rest of your face. i use nc15 and its too dark for my face! perhaps its oxidized strangely, although im not sure because it comes with a pump! my NC20 select concealer is lighter/better match than this.. weird.
excellent
this is such a cute set. it has little tweezers that are better than the ones that are in brow-zings, eye bright, the brow wax, and the perfect smokey shades. the brush is small so obviously use your own, but we all know never use what it comes with. that being said though, the brushes it comes with ARE good, especially taking their sizes into account. before i started really dramatically smoking the eye, this kit started me PERFECTLY. i believe its about 45 bucks canadian so its steep, but the eyebright pencil alone is 20, plus three shades, etc.
it really creates a perfect smoky eye. i miss having this set very much. the colours are great and you can make this beautiful eye in minutes with all you need provided for you right there. instructions are included. and the shades are so silky!! the fluff brush is actually better than their other brushes i find..
anyway, great stuff. lol
i guess i can't complain..
wait, sure i can i mean it WAS 1.50 lol but it never produces an even or natural curl. i just keep it in my purse or lying around the house when im headed away in a rush.. i have very long lashes naturally and ive been using curlers for like ten years.. and never pinched myself til this.. ah well! its alright for the very tips! and they cant even call it a curler its called a mechanical eyelash tool haha.
what you'd expect of mineral makeup
this is nice if you like mineral makeup. and JUST mineral makeup. you can't use any cream based products once you have this crap on. its nice, makes your skin pretty as it says.. but regular fdn accomplishes the same thing at half the price and much less cakey thank this, i find! with this i find you also have to use their company's blush and shadws as well.. otherwise the colours just wont pair well together!
cakey and gross
just what the quick take says. and its weird. it'd be better as a dessert than a blush. and its so hard to blend!! i'll pass!! i hate all this mousse crap. leave the mousse to the cakes.
haha i just realized.. mousse cake.. cakey blush.. maybe that's what they were going for?
best black liner, e/s, primer, base, glitter adherer, etc lol
blackground is so long lasting. i originally bought it when mac had the LE fuschia glitter and i couldnt figure out a way to make it adhere to my skin. then i started using it with my grey silver and black smoky eye because of its lasting power [i think the guy said 24h?] now ive been using it alllll the time as a cream liner. its perfect. absolutely perfect. it never budges, even when i rub, which is a lot lol. ive had it on all day today and felt very pretty. and its a great smoky black shadw. not expensive either compared to what mac usually is and its lasting power!
pretty in pink
very pretty luminescent primer. even if you wear it alone its pretty. its a little pinkish and frosty so if thats not your forte then this may not be for you but its very radiant and pretty. just try it at your local sephora and see if you like it before you purchase it! i'm unsure if it really helps fine lines or anything like that but as for the pearly iridescent part, its right what it says
