3 Makeup Looks to Try This Valentine’s Day

For me, February 14th consists of three main things: 1) Spending time with people you love, 2) Eating lots of chocolate, and 3) Valentine’s Day-themed makeup looks. Whether you are spending the day with your family, your galentines, your bae, or your beautiful self, these pink and purple eye looks will have you spirited and ready to celebrate all of the relationships in your life.

Daytime Sweetness

Use the Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in Pillow Talk for a champagne-pink daytime look that’s sweeter than any candygram.

Shades used:

Prime (upper left): Champagne pink with a shimmer finish

Enhance (upper right): Dusty rose with a matte finish

Smoke (lower right): Soft brown with a matte finish

Pop (lower left): Sheer rose gold with a sparkle finish

Using a dense flat brush, apply Prime all over your lid.
With a blending brush, apply Enhance to your crease.
Using a small pencil brush, concentrate Pop on the outer “v” of your eye, blending into your crease.
Using an angled eyeliner brush, blend Smoke onto your lower lash line.
Lightly apply Prime to your tear ducts.
Line upper and lower lash line with a brown gel liner then smudge. Layer with black eye pencil, and wing your upper lash line slightly outward.
Add mascara to your natural lashes.
Dust cheeks with a warm peachy-pink blush.
Go for a sheer, sparkly gloss to highlight your natural lip color.

Romantic Dinner Date

Using black liquid liner, trace your upper lash line to create a cat eye.
For extra oomph, apply a set of natural-looking false lashes and follow with mascara.
Apply a vintage rose-colored lipstick for a soft pop of pink.

Sultry Night Out

With a blending brush, apply Bisous on your brow bone and tear ducts for an added metallic shimmer.
Add a glamorous set of lashes.
Finish off the look with matte lipstick in a soft rose-plum color.
