In just three minutes, your abs, arms, and heart rate will feel this one. After the first exercise you will be questioning whether or not you want to try number two. But don’t stop once you feel the burn. That’s the best part and where the real magic happens. Don’t believe three minutes is enough? Give it a go and tell me how you feel! For you fitness gurus out there, try it up to three rounds like I do! Have fun!
Bear Crawl
Starting in a plank position, hands shoulder width apart. Begin to crawl from one end of the room to the other on your hands. When the right hand goes forward the right leg goes with you and vice verse. Keep your booty low and bring that leg in as close to your arm as possible when crawling. Try to go as fast as you can with body control. Once you get to one end of the room, Bear Crawl it around and race to the other side.
Perform this for one minute!
Plank Wide Squats
Start in a plank position, hands directly underneath your shoulders, and shoulder width apart. Your feet are together. Push into your hands and jump as you lift your booty into the sky and bring your feet to the outside of each hand sitting in a wide squat. Then jump again, propelling with your feet and hands, back to starting position in your plank. Perform this as fast as you can.
Perform this for one minute!
Plank Side Kick
Coming back to you plank, take your left leg, lift it off the floor and kick it underneath your body and to the right side. Try to get the leg straight and twist your hips while keeping the shoulders sqaured. Hold for one second. Then return back to starting position. Alternate sides.
Perform this for one minute!
Repeat this routine as many times as you want! Enjoy!
