"Think Raquel Welch, Ursula Andress, and Barbara Eden in I Dream of Jeannie."-MAC makeup artist Kabuki

He first applied MAC Mineralize Charged Water Face & Body Lotion (available Spring/Summer 2012) with fingers to hydrate. Kabuki then applied MAC Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation for a naturally matte, medium to full coverage. He used a lighter shade of MAC Select Cover-Up to blend down the nose and under the eyes. MAC Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder was then dusted all over the entire face with 116 Blush Brush to set. He shaded MAC Pro Shadester Sculpting Powder Pro Palette under the cheekbones and over the temples to contour with a MAC 116 Blush Brush. To give a soft blush to the apples of the cheeks, Kabuki dusted MAC Powder Blush in Immortal Flower (available Spring/Summer 2012) with a MAC 168 Large Angled Contour Brush. He blended MAC Paint in Untitled onto the eyelid as a base and highlighted with a MAC 195 Concealer Brush. To create a thick line on the upper lash line, Kabuki used MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack on the upper lash line, through the crease, and winged upwards with both the MAC 266 Small Angle Brush and MAC 210 Precise Eyeliner Brush. He used the same MAC Pro Shadester Sculpting Powder Pro Palette to contour the inner crease and the nose. MAC 36 Lashes were trimmed and stacked on the outer corners of the eyes, topped with MAC Optimum Black Opulash Mascara. Kabuki defined and sculpted brows with MAC Eye Pencil in Lingering Brow and Duck Powerpoint. He blended MAC Lipstick in Flamingo (available Spring/Summer 2012) over the entire lip from the bullet, lined with MAC Lip Pencil in Stripdown.

Nails

At The Blonds, CND manicurist Kristina Estabrooks created "Glitz & Glam" manicures for a '60s-inspired collection, infused with Playboy glamour and razzle-dazzle spectacle we all know and love. 20 sets of nail tips took over 100 hours of manual labor to hand detail, and included a "Stockings Series" of manicures portraying fishnets, lacy tights and sexy seams. Vintage cosmic-shaped glass was imported from Germany to shape diamond-decadent nails.
