NEW YORK FASHION WEEK S/S 2012
MAKEUP
"The beauty look this season at Vera Wang is inspired by a rich uptown girl who has just returned from a week long music festival in the middle of the desert," said Lucia Pieroni, Color Creator for Clé de Peau Beauté. "She's a little dusty, somewhat undone, but entirely free spirited. She radiates a striking healthy glow."
Lucia applied Clé de Peau Beauté Cream Foundation SPF 26 with her hands and blended it into the skin with her fingers. She enhanced brows with Clé de Peau Beauté Eyebrow and Eyeliner Compact in 1 and 2 for a naturally unkempt appearance. "The eyes give off just the right amount of shadow and depth as if our girl hasn't gotten quite enough sleep," said Lucia. Combining the two lighter brown shades from the new Clé de Peau Beauté Eye Color Quad 208 (available Spring 2012), Lucia created a soft taupe smoky eye.
To give lips a hint of luster, Lucia applied new Clé de Peau Beauté Enriched Lip Luminizer in 220/Honey Nuts (available Spring 2012) with brush for a creamy toffee finish. She dusted new Clé de Peau Beauté Luminizing Face Enhancer in a 12/Gold (available Spring 2012) over the cheek bones, around the temples, on the bridge of the nose, and at the cupids bow of the lip for a lit-from-within effect. With a smaller blush brush, she then contoured the hollows and apples of the cheeks with Clé de Peau Beauté Cheek Color Duo in 5 (available Spring 2012).
