MAKEUP

Makeup artist Cory Bishop lead the Temptu team at GUiSHEM's spring collection. The look was a dramatic nod to the '60s, with stark black and white eye liner and big lashes. “I created a pretty, fresh face with a harsh and dramatic eye, complimenting the structured pieces and bold necklines of the collection." said Cory.

Cory first applied Temptu AIRpod Foundation to perfect the complexion, then applied Temptu AIRpod Bronzer in Warm Glow to contour cheekbones. He misted ample amounts of Temptu AIRpod Highlighter in Champagne over the cheekbones, jawbones, and down the center of the face and chin. To create retro drama in the eyes, Cory deepened the crease of the eye and the lower lash line with black kohl pencil blending upward with Temptu PRO AIRpod Eyeshadow in Black to make the lid pop. Cory then lined eyes with liquid liner, flicking the line up and out. He brought the line out past the inner tear duct, and rimmed the waterline with a white kohl liner. Brows were defined and filled with the new AIRpod Brow in Brunette. A light coat of the new Temptu Core Lipstick in Starstruck was applied for a subtle flush of pink in the lips. To finish the look, Cory applied spiky false lashes to the upper and lower lash lines.

HAIR

1. Blow out hair with Redken Sheer Straight.

2. Remove a diagonal parting from the left side of the head and secure the rest of the hair into a sleek ponytail sitting straight back at eye level.

3. Twist ponytail into a bun and allow bit of the ends to sit out.

4. With the top section pulled into the opposite direction (to the right), roll and pin at high recession.

5. Finish with Redken Fashion Work 12 Hairspray and smooth down hair to ensure no flyaways.
