Spring Nail Tutorials
Published Mar 22, 2011
We came across this gorgeous spring manicure pic and were so inspired to give our fingers a March update that we started searching for spring nail art tutorials. How do you do the 5-petal floral design above? Start with a clear base coat, then using various shades of pastel polishes, draw chubby teardrop shapes to create the petals (5 petals per flower). You can overlap different size and shades of flowers on top of each other so long as you wait for each flower "layer" to dry before painting over it. As a final touch, make a black pinpoint dot in the center of each 5-petal blossom. Looking for more spring manicure inspiration? From cute cupcakes and Easter bunny nail art to fabulous florals, here are our top 3 favorite spring nail tutorials!
