Hey girl!! I'm soo sorry. I just now saw the reply that you left on my NYX Eyeshadow Base review. I know you can buy it on amazon.com, or if your looking to buy it at a store, then the best place to buy it would be at Ulta. They have it for 6.99. A little pricey for the small amount, but a little goes a looong way and its so worth it!! Hope this helped. =) <3
