Hey Nicole! Sorry I didn't respond about the wet n wild highlighter! It cost me $5 dollars at Walmart! Wet n wild is also sold in Kmart, Walgreens, CVS, literally any drugstore! Target has it too but I haven't seen the highlighter though! It's so beautiful and smooth! Definitely pick it up if you can find it! :)
