Beauty Product Reviews
For those that expect this to help your makeup last, look somewhere else as this is not a setting spray. It's great to add moisture to your face, sprayed on your brush to help foundation apply more smoothly, after you're done applying makeup to blend everything and take away the cakey look. This is a nice product but pricey just for some water and minerals. If you want a cheaper alternative, try the evian mineral water spray.
This is the perfect bronzer for my medium skin tone. It really does make me look like I have a tan unlike other bronzers which look orange. It's also great for contouring cause it doesn't have any red/orange undertones. It's quite pigmented and can be muddy if u don't apply it correctly. I like to build the color a little at a time since its easy to go over board with it. Overall, it's a great bronzer especially for those with medium skin and darker.
I'm always in search of something that will help control my oily tzone and this does a good job at that. It's a full coverage foundation that keeps me oil free for about 5-6 hours and after that theres a little bit of shine but nothing crazy. The variety of the color selection is good too so u should be able to find your shade although it's weird cause I've tried the shade 35 vanilla and it was a decent match but 40 Natural beige is a better match and it's lighter then 35. For reference I'm NC30-35. Just make sure to properly exfoliate and moisturizer the dry areas on your face so that it'll apply smoothly.
As far as packaging goes, I like it but make sure to store it standing up because if it's been upside down or on its side, it will ooze out product when you open it.
Good medium coverage and the finish is a nice Demi-matte look. I love the way it looks in photos and in person cause it really looks like u have nothing on. I have to make sure I prime and set this or it won't last past 3 hours on my combo-oily skin. Good color range but it is expensive. The pump on the packaging is good but I hate how you can't tell when how much is left in it.
Definetly worth the splurge and lives up to the hype! I am a big skeptic and always hold out on trying new things till its been out on the market for a while and has had plenty of reviews. I know there are a few alternatives like the Sonia kashuk (which I haven't tried) and the one by Ulta which was 5 bucks. I tried that first and it was a waste of my 5 dollars. It does not compare to the beauty blender at all! I love the way it blends my foundation with ease and it feels pleasant while I stipple/bounce it on my face. It can soak up a bit even when wet, but to avoid wasting it, I dot my foundation all over my face then blend it with the beautyblender. The price may be steep but spend the extra 6 bucks and get the double pack.
