Beauty Product Reviews
Agonized over which color to purchase and decided on Blossom since the color is so close to one of my favorite go-to glosses, Mary Kay in Melon Sorbet.
It is a touch sticky, but overall, for $1 it was a great buy compared to MK @ $13.
LOVE this color, I think it is a color anyone could wear. It is also one of those colors that you can apply very lightly for daytime and then pack it on for a glamorous night out.
First gel liner purchase. I got this in brown. Overall, this is a great product. It does tend to dry out if the lid is not closed properly, but I have found that to be the case with most all gel liners. Nothing a couple of drops of Glycerin, a hair dryer and a toothpick can't fix. Some may wonder if the drying aspect of it is worth all the trouble...I definitely think so. The pay-off you get with a gel liner is awesome. You can manipulate the precision depending on the brush/applicator that you use, precision that you usually can't get with a pencil liner. But you don't end up with that shiny look of liquid liner. This gel liner will remain in my makeup kit forever. BTW, the only thing I did not like about this product is the brush it comes with. That brush, for me, is better used for applying lipstick or blending out lipliner. I got a very cheap liner brush from the art store and it works great.
This product works! I have very short, fine lashes and do not like wearing false lashes aside from special occasions. The consistency is ok for me, I don't have a problem with it being too wet or cakey. The only con I have found with this product is that it is extremely hard to wash off, even when using makeup remover.
Absolutely LOVE this color! I tried the regular Primer Potion a few years ago and it sat in my kit un-used, I just didn't care for it. UDPP in Sin is great for those days you don't want to wear a lot of eye makeup because it stays in place and gives just that hint of shimmer. Best of all, the new squeeze tube design prevents it from drying out.
