All hype.

This is horrible. My best friend bought it and hated it so thinking I might like it she let me try it for a little while. I hated it too, it was okay for the first five minutes but then I felt my lips getting tight. It dried so fast it was ridiculous. I kept re-applying it so I could make sure it wasn't just a one time thing, but it wasnt. This stuff is all hype and no delivery.
