Can be used to create sheer to full coverage depending on how you build it onto the skin. Never looks cakey but always feels like its getting the job done!

Absolutely love the BH Lip Liners in Retro Red, Raspberry and Nude! A staple item for my makeup kit! Gives my lips the perfect extra touch! The instructors at Chic always use them to fill in the lips before applying gloss on top. These liners complete any lip focus :)
