Was Sent Wrong Skin Tone

After getting the lucky bag for the last 6 years this is the first time I was ever completely disappointed. I purchased the Fair-to-Medium bag and was sent products for Medium-to-Dark skin. Most of the Lucky Bag is unusable for me to even try. Waste of money. Beautylish has certainly gone downhill in terms of caring what their clients think. Due to the lack of regard from Customer Service regarding this matter, after being a client for so long, I will not be purchasing a Lucky Bag again.

Unexpected!

I did not expect to love this! It feels amazing, lasts well for the product type, and offers the perfect amount of pigment. It's the best of both gloss and oil worlds and completely worth the hype!

Beautiful, but creases...

This palette is beautiful. Though neutral it's anything but "basic." It's innovative and really does do-it-all! When I first put on the palette, my eyes look amazing. Within a few hours, the eyeshadow creases. I've been trying this out for almost 3 months now, at least 2-3 times a week, and no matter what base I use (or don't use), no matter how I apply or set... creasing.

When using primer, I've never had this issue with ANY other eyeshadow palette. My lids can be oily, so I know what primers work for me. Usually if I get creasing I just play around with the base and I find one that works. Nothing works with this one (and I've also tried using NO primer, same result.)

Beautiful Colors, but creases...

While this palette is beautiful, even more so in person, the shades crease on me no matter what base I use. None of my Natasha Denona palettes have ever done that. My lids tend to be oily but a good base still keeps my eye makeup looking perfect all day. Definitely a disappointment, because this would have been a great every day palette for me to wear to work.

GORGEOUS

Beautiful shade & quality performance. Is this an every day lip color? Nope. But it's an awesome liner color or even all over lid shade. It's backup worthy it's so beautiful! The scent is root beer and it doesn't smell like a fake root beer scent.... legit smells like a freshly open can of root beer lol

Quality is AMAZING

I knew these bags were huge and would hold a lot but it was above and beyond even that. I fit ALL of my toiletries in here during a 3-day trip (I pack so much, you guys, and have no idea what small sizes are unless I'm flying). The zipper is sturdy and the material is thick. I've never purchased from Jeffree other than his liquid lipsticks and am beyond impressed with this makeup bag.

It's like wearing nothing and not in a good way

Terrible color correcting and terrible coverage. The texture is the only positive about this product. Generally I love CT products and this is a huge dud (as was the concealer I purchased with it). Similar products from brands like Becca and Dior perform much better for someone my age (39) with darkness to cover under the eyes. Huge waste of money.

Didn't Do a Thing

Besides that fact that it doesn't cover at all you have to twist it up a ton to even begin to get product up. The line in the clear window was a fifth of the way to the top before any product appeared and I still had to keep twisting to get anything to come up. Generally I enjoy everything Charlotte Tilbury but this was a huge dud. I've used Maybelline Instant Age Rewind and it does a much better job and is obviously much less expensive. Such a shame, I anticipated this product would be an HG.

For reference I'm 39, have fine lines and some dark circles to cover. I tried this with the CT Color Corrector also, which was also a dud.
