It’s very matte, and a little dry so definitely make sure you put on primer underneath or else you’ll look like an 80-year-old raisin. But I like it, looks airy.

The first Pro Longwear I bought was disastrous though. I got a MAC girl to pick out the color for me in the terrible mall lighting, and at first glance, she rubbed a bit on my cheek and it looked great. Until that weekend I went out to Andy’s bar for C’s going away party. We took a number of photos and all of which were accompanied by flash in the dim-litted bar, and as my girlfriend described them “Uhh Rachael why do you look like Vampirina in your photos?”. I’m throwing shade on that shaaade because it was def not my color. Me: “Maybe the MAC girl gave me my winter color by mistake” L: “Rachael, I’m [caucasian] and you’re even lighter than MY winter color!” Yeah, disastrous. But I went back to exchange it and the second photo is TADAAAA two shades darker and I’m quite happy with it.
