Hi Alexis! Thank you again for your recommendations on the EL Double Wear Max Coverage for my daughter. She really likes the regular Double Wear. Still, we've been told repeatedly that the Double Wears give flash-back. (She tried a beautiful Armani full coverage last night which does not have flashback, but she still liked the color of the EL on her skin.) We were also told that there are several products that would discourage flashback. For instance, one artist said if she uses bronzing powder over her foundation, that would take care of it. Someone else said there are products she could apply before her foundation that would help. Do you have any suggestions on that thread? Also, have you tried the MUFE HD foundation? Again, she has oily, textured skin. Thanks again, Sweetie!

You're welcome, Chris! I didn't experience any flashback with the Double Wear Maximum Cover and I just used my regular products. I primed with the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer, applied the foundation, used the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer to conceal and highlight, and set my face with the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. I haven't tried the MUFE HD, sorry!

Okay, good to know! She, however, is not going with the Maximum coverage, just the regular Double Wear. Maybe that's different. I just gave her a bottle of the Hourglass Veil, as I used to use it, now I'm too dry, and I had a brand new bottle. She tried that before and didn't love it...she said she'd try it again. I have the LM Setting powder, too - maybe I'll have her try that. Thank you, Alexis! And BTW - you have beautiful skin!
