Here are the items you will need for this look
-Hot glue gun and glue
-Comfy Headband
-Pom poms
-Ribbon
-Rhinestones and decoration
-Stiffened Felt and regular felt
Steps:
-Begin by rolling your stiffened felt into shape
-Glue down one end of the ribbon so that it can come out from the top
-Take a chopstick to help guide the tight cone
-Hot glue the horn together. Make sure this is secure.
-Next you will glue the ribbon along the horn. This will conceal the edge and be decorative at the same time.
-Check to see if the horn is at your desired length. Carefully cut the excess off.
-You can always cut it shorter so take your time and place it on your head to be sure.
-Next we are going to work on the ears. Cut at rectangle that will be long enough for your ears and have a little extra to wrap under the headband.
Cut one rectangle and then cut that again to make two strips.
Cut out your pointy ears. Reshape and try it on. When it is to your liking cut the other one.
Now visualize if this is what you want it to look like.
Start thinking about how you are going to decorate everything. Lay it out.
Ready set GLUE!!!
Glue the horn to the headband
Glue the outer edge and conceal with pom palms
Take your ribbon and glue one side of the horn. Tuck under the headband and glue it to the other side. This will help secure and balance the horn.
Glue more pom palms because it is pretty!!!
Glue the ears together, let it cool and then try it on. Once the ears are on the spot you like secure it to the headband.
Embellish the horn and ears with rhinestones, glitter, ribbons .. lace whatever you want
Rest of the Costume:
For the tail just cut some long pieces of yarn and knot it together.
White tank and of course a white TUTU :D
