It's like a gel texture as apposed to a regular eye liner:) literally stays on my rims 10 hours and pops my eyes.

Hey it's crazy you said that because Rommel London does have a tan gel liner! I use it ok my rim;) I usually use only stuff from sephora but I seen this the other day, bought it, and omg it's better then mufe's $30 eye liner;) will pist a picture;)
