Description:

Before the video I covered my eyebrows.
Then I whitened my face with theater make-up and white powder.
To make my skin look shimmery I used ESSENCE 'Glam Rock diamond powder'.
Afterwards I used a glisten dark blue for my eye contours.
For the lower lash line I used a grey blue color.
Then I took light turquoise blue for to highlight the brow bone.
With a metallic blue liquid liner I lined the lower lash line and with a darker blue I extended this line to the hairline.
For my lips I used colorless lip gloss and then the white theater make-up.
Now you can use any colored powder, I took again turquoise blue and dark blue to line my lips. Then I applied again the lip gloss to make it shine like ice.
With a normal glue stick you can add some glitter on your cheeks and on your lips.
For my eyebrows I used again the glisten dark blue and also to contour my nose and cheeks. It's up to you if you want to apply some details like I did with the stars and stones in silver and light blue.
To make the look complete use white or blue mascara and color hair-spray in white and blue or just glitter spray.
