Review: Tarte Starlet Palette

So, what I wanted to say at the beginning here was that I have seen many reviews of this palette and have found that the quality of the shadows seems EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT! The palette that I and others have received had some poor quality shadows (at least half of them anyway), but others have received palettes that are wonderfully pigmented and swatch beautifully! I have no idea what is going on here, but it is very weird.

That being said, if you are interested in the palette by all means check it out!! There is no harm in purchasing it to see how you like it and play around with it. If you order from Sephora.com the shipping is free and they have free returns, or you can return it if you buy it in store.

I did end up returning it, like I said in the video, because there wasn't enough that I liked/loved about the palette to justify my keeping it. I didn't want to keep something that I knew that I wouldn't reach for all that much and that I wasn't personally impressed with, but again, that is just my opinion! Many others out there love this palette!
