First of all I would like to apologize for the iffy editing, I was using a different editing program and it wouldn't let me adjust the sound for each individual clip, which explains why the sound is so low in the beginning. I did this tutorial based on the look Beyonce is wearing in the very beginning of the video. I loved the Audrey Hepburn homage. Enjoy!
