This is the third in my ongoing series paying homage to my favorite YouTube Beauty Gurus-this time it's a recreation of Cora's (vintageortacky here on YouTube) recent Peacock Masquerade makeup tutorial. I have no idea how she made this video only 16 minutes! Mine is a bit longer, and since I didn't have the eyelash jewelry she had I improvised with two sets of Halloween Lashes purchased a while ago at Spirit Halloween. I really hope you like my little love letter to Cora (sisterly love lol)--and I have another peacock eye tutorial coming up that is all my own.
