The funny thing is, this video was filmed, edited and exported in time. I ran out of time to upload, took my laptop to my brother's house to lock myself in a room and finish getting it up. However, once I was there with my family all around, all I wanted to do was sit around and enjoy the blessing of being together and healthy for the holidays. So upload is a touch late, but honestly, I'll more than make it all up to you guys next year so sit tight. Regardless, I still wanted to get the last actual day of vlogmas 2019 video up for you guys!! So here is an at home full abs circuit workout that's great to help you bounce back from all those holiday goodies you've been enjoying.
