I LOVE this smoothie! It contains carrots & cucumber too! So here is what they are both amazing for!
Carrots - Rich is beta carotene , that all the beautiful orange colour! Gives you glowing skin & a natural tan but it also keeps the skin looking young! Contains vitamin A, so that prevents dry skin, acne & blemishes!
