So a foundation review! This Maxfactor foundation is meant to be exactly the same as the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-In-1 foundation. I have heard before on many occasions that Covergirl and Maxfactor are in fact the same brand! So seeing as all the U.S. youtubers have been raving about the Covergirl foundation, I thought I'd give the Maxfactor one a go - and this is my review!!
