Recipe - Vegetable cooling spray, lemon pepper seasoning, skinless, boneless chicken, minced garlic, 1 cup of chicken broth, 1'4 cup of light cream (I used a cup of 2% milk with a tsp. of flour mixed in instead), 1 tbs. fresh or dried tarragon leaves. Directions - 1. season chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Spray nonstck skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minutes. Add chicken and cook till browned. Add shallots or garlic and cook till tender. 2. add broth, cream and tarragon. Heat to boil and return chicken to pan. Let simmer for a bit till ready to serve.
