This was a really fun look to create. I created back in june when I was planning for Veld musci festival and Digital dreams music festival both which are huge outdoor EDM festivals held in Toronto. You can use this for a halloween makeup & costume tutorial or you can use it for inspiration towards a rave outfit! The make is very fun, bright and vibrant with the costume to match. The hood did not come with the el wire in it I had to buy sew and make that myself.
