This video was really nerve wracking for me to upload and I'm not really sure why. I am honestly so open about it, and I have never felt a need to hide it…. but I am opening up about something to THOUSANDS of people… that I have never really opened up about before on this channel. I wanted to make this video to help other girls who are struggling to possibly take that next step into recovery. I know its scary… and I know its HARD. I know you think you can't do it… I know you think living on the other side is impossible.. but its NOT. Its never too late to recover. I want to inspire all of you girls to jump into life… and be a happier version of yourself.

I also want to show young girls who DONT struggle that there is far more important things in this world than what your body looks like on the outside. I know it seems really important, and I know it seems like you ARE you body… or your happiness rests on whether or not you are skinny. But trust me, thats not true. As someone who has struggled, I know that I wouldn't have been happy at 90lbs, and I would have been happy at 130lbs…. But now that my mind is healthy… I am SO HAPPY with my body and it feels good.

Heal your mind, don't destruct you body.
