In this video I share my version of a max hydration method. I realize it does not include clarifying the hair with ACV/Baking Soda nor does it include clay washing. Maximum hydration isn't a trademarked term. The steps I take while remaining in the shower provide my hair with a version of maximum hydration. I'm not following a cookie cutter recipe. This is what I discovered works for me. I also do not have type 4 hair which what you know as the Maximum Hydration Method, was created for.

This is NOT the LOC method. It's a little more product intensive. With my technique, I use three sources of moisture (water, aloe vera juice and aloe vera gel).
I layer my products in a very strategic way that works well for my fine hair. In addition to the layering of product, I use a technique I've coined the Braid Twist Braid Out Method. Check out the entire video but here's a summary of the technique:
1- Wash/condition hair
2- Apply a leave in
3- Seal hair with a light oil
4- Apply aloe vera gel (a natural moisturizer)
5- Finish layering product with a styling cream
6- Braid root
7- Twist length
8- Three on each side
9- Braid twists to form 2 braids, one on each side of the head
