REVIEW: Before applying a matte liquid lipstick I exfoliate and apply a lip balm. With this liquid lipstick I was surprise at how pigmented it was with just one application and no double dipping. I had to apply a 2nd coat when putting on “Orchid Flare” & “Quiet Riot”. The lipstick feels comfortable on the lips and so far I’m loving the formula!
