Super Duper excited to share this one with you, my Love Bugs! Starting in this Fit Vlog, I'll be sharing in gym workouts with you! Thank you so much to the awesome team over at the FlexIt app for giving me 1 month access to try out the app!

In this workout we are targeting back fat with a dumbbell only back and bicep workout. This workout can be done at home if you have some dumbbells. Screen shot the full workout and give it a try. Let me know how you like this one, I definitely feel the soreness in my back the next day and have noticed my back is toning up nicely.
FULL WORKOUT:
Don't forget to stretch!
Warm Up:
Steady State Cardio - 10 min brisk walk on treadmill (FULL incline)
Active Sets:
1. Seated Dumbbell Reverse Fly - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
2. Cross Body Single Arm Row - 4 sets of 12 reps
3. Rotated Bent Over Row - 4 sets, 12 reps
4. Single Arm Dumbbell Row (from floor) - 4 sets, 12 reps
SUPERSET (do 5+6 back to back each set)
5. Dumbbell Bicep Curl - 4 sets, 12 reps
6. Hammer Head Curls - 4 sets, 12 reps
BURN OUT FINISHER - SUPERSET (7+8 back to back each set)
7. Declined Sit Ups
8. Declined Russian Twists
- For 7 + 8 I do as many sets as it takes me to complete 100 reps of each exercise. IF I can do more on some days I pass 100 until failure (even if it's only 101 haha)

Ohhh, ONE more thing (promise) - These in gym workouts are all shot in 4K. In this video we just left the workout for you guys to watch in a more cinematic style. Next video I will probably do a voice over to give you guys more tips and info, BUT I definitely want to know what YOU PREFER?
