I'm trying on a lace full cup 3 part bra from Paramour, a sports bra from Freya, an aerie sports bralette and wireless bralette.

MY BREAST TYPE:
I normally fit into 30G (EU), 32DDD or 32G (US) or 32F (CA) depending on the brand. Sizing is confusing because it's not standardized in every country. It is best to find your UK size and work from there. Unfortubately, I can't always rely on size conversion to UK sizing because I have more cone like boobs (i.e. narroww and tall roots with projection).

I have FoT (full on top) wide set breast. Meaning, when I'm not wearing a bra, my boobs don't touch in the center.
