Hey guys thank you for watching My #FitWithJack Journey & Struggles and Getting Started AGAIN in 2018. This is the year I focus on myself, this is the year I learn to put myself first. The past 7 years my body has transformed into something I no longer recognize. It’s painful looking back at old photos just from 5-6 years ago and seeing what I look like now. I never wanted to let myself get to this point but it is what it is so now it’s time to address it all and start working on it. This video is my introduction to 2018… as uncomfortable as it makes me, I want you to know where I’m at, why I’m here, and why I’m starting over AGAIN! Remember it’s okay to fall but as long as you always get back up… that’s what truly matters.
