I absolutely LOVE Kat Von D glimmer veils! I feel like everyone has been doing the liquid lipstick as an eyeliner thing and I wanted to try it with these glittery ones! I think it's so unique! Be warned tho that this does stain skin for a day or so after removing it because they're so pigmented so keep that in mind! lol
