I apologize for the three week delay in videos. My goal this year was to really amp up my YouTube channel and blog and push out content, content, content! Stuff that can benefit you and that I know you want to see. However, if you follow me on social media (namely: Snapchat) you know that I'm currently going through the process of being tested for an autoimmune disease. Once I have a diagnosis (or not,) I will sit down and film a video, but I promise to you it pains me to make an excuse for why a video has not been filmed/uploaded. I've been in terrible health and the fatigue has literally knocked me on my butt. We are doing everything we can to figure it out and get me back to health and as soon as that happens you KNOW I'll be back 150%!
