A little background: I have combination oily skin. It was combo dry until last summer when things changed. I've experienced some cystic acne and a lot of below the surface pimples form the birth control pill. You'll see in this video that most of my zits are on my check area and some pop up on my chin or forehead during that special time of the damn month.
