My dad struggled with mental health. I honestly learned to be so positive like him, but towards the end of his life he was really unhappy. He would call me to feel better and I would always cheer him up the best way I could. My dad wasn't physically sick, but he was mentally. Mental health is silent. No one knows what your actually going through. I think that when he started to lose himself and what he enjoyed doing is when he started to feel this way.
His passing taught me so much, and one being that I don't want to spend my life worrying, or sad. I want to be happy and live in complete joy. This time last year, when he passed I promised myself I would live differently and expand who I truly am...and I did just that. One year later : I moved, I became vegan, and I am doing what truly makes me happy and fulfilled which is helping others live their most positive and healthy life. The things that excite me, and make me happy (and maybe some things that scare me like sharing this vlog) is where my energy will flow.
Thank you everyone for watching, and if your reading this then thank you for taking the time to do that. If you are struggling with mental health, or depression of any kind...please tell someone. A parent, a teacher, a friend, a doctor. You don't have to fight this alone! I love you all!
