3 chest exercises
1) Inclined dumbell bench press
* Grib weight evenly both hands holding the weight
*kick off with your knees
*shoulders width apart
2) bench press
* Line your eyes up with the bar
* evenly space your hands, shoulders width apart
*slowly bring down to your chest
* keep back flat
3) Chest press
*adjust the seat so that the handles are in front of your chest
*keep back flat up against the seat
*slow going back, don't bang the rubber bumpers on the machine
