Today I'm sharing a quick and easy HIIT full body workout routine that can be done in only 12 minutes. I was recently in Florida for spring break and I did this routine every morning. It is a great way to stay fit while on vacation, and it's so quick that it doesn't take away much time from enjoying your time away! IT is also great for your heart health and an optimal way to burn fat and calories for hours after your'e done working out!! Set aside a little time in the morning and benefit from the fat burning results all day long. I hope you enjoy this workout.
