Greetings my youtube friends. So today is the day lol, i have a new "Meal Ideas" video for you, and i hope you will enjoy this one as much as the previous ones ^.^
1.Recipe
I used: 250g Shimeji Mushrooms, 100g Mache, 250g Broccoli, 30ml Soy Milk, 70g Cashew Nuts, Tahini paste.
---- Basically you steam your broccoli for 15-20 minutes, and then you blend it with the cashew nuts, tahini paste and soy milk, of course you can add some salt etc. You bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes (220 C), and then you just eat everything together.
2.Recipe
I used : 200g Cashew Nuts(soaked in water overnight), 200g Cherries, 200g Blueberries, 2tb. spoon Coconut Milk, 100g Almonds, 150g Dates.
--- You need to mix the almonds with dates to create the base of the cake. Then for the cream you mix the soaked cashew nuts with coconut milk, you can also add a bit of soy milk if you want. I used cherries and blueberries to decorate and add more flavor, but of course you can use whatever you want. Refrigerate the cake for 4+ hours.
3.Recipe
I used: 1 zuchini, 1/2 avocado, 2 cloves of garlic, mushrooms, 150g tofu, some oregano and parsley.
--- I made some zuchini noodles and i baked the mushrooms for 20 minutes. For the creamy sauce mix avocado, garlic and tofu, you can also add some parsley or oregano if you want.
4.Recipe
I used: 2 bananas, coconut flakes, organic dark chocolate, 1 1/2tb.spoon of coconut milk, 20g cocoa powder
--- This is a vegan ice cream. Mix the bananas with the coconut milk. Refrigerate it for 6-7 hours and voila, you have your vegan ice cream.
5. Recipe
I used: 1 Sweet Potato, 200g tomatoes, 50 g spring onion, 5-10 g Psyllium Husk, 1 Paprika.
This one is super easy as well. You bake the potato for 15 minutes(170 C0 and then for 10 minutes (250 C). You mix the tomatoes and paprika in a blender, then add the spring onion and psyllium husk( which will absorb the liquid from that mixture).
