I have this question too but one thing that helped me cause I workout a lot is too wash my sweat off as soon as I'm done. I had chest acne because my sweat was trapped under my sports bra. I don't know if this helps at all but it's just one thing I learned

Murad has body stuff for acne. Use the body wash after you use conditioner because conditioner can clog pores.

My doctor recommends getting the benzoyl peroxide wash & using it as a body wash on the areas of acne on your body :)
