I've had moderately bad forehead acne for like 3 years and it won't go away!!! Any advice?

It might be bacterial and you might also want to consult a dermatologist they can give u some medication to tackle the problem. at home try to avoid oily foods or too much sweets in general, and drink water often

If you have bangs, try keeping them off your forehead at night and wearing some cute hairstyles by either pulling, twisting or braiding them to the side. Also, exfoliate your forehead, use blotting sheets even without makeup on and use acne spot treatments all over your forehead.
